It's a sexy scene so it's included, John Lithgow slides his hands up her slit dress, revealing most of her leg and a portion of her right ass cheek. She is her usual self but everything else is hidden not just in shadows but dark dark, black shadows including a sexy scene with Eric Roberts on his knees or her getting up from bed naked and puts on a robe - all we see are dark shadows - disappointing.

This is more like a 1/2*, but she looks so great in her lacy bra, panties, garter and stockings. Her butt cheeks hang about half way out of her panties and you get a few brief glimpses of their round, firm, smoothness. Check out "Dream Lover" (Unrated) for a much better, but still brief view of her hot buns.

This isn't much at all, really a zero, but..
After being attacked by the "sleepwalker" in the cemetery, Madchen goes home, and like most women in such films, takes a bath (or shower), because after being almost killed, what could make you feel safer than being alone and naked?
As she's bathing, she first gets a vision of the "sleepwalker" and then her father knocks on the door. During this, she is splashing around in the tub in fright. They are a few VERY brief nipple shots of her left breast - of the "pause and zoom" variety.
This is only worth noting because it's Madchen, and because it's not supposed to be there.
