I gave this movie one star simply because the sound track is brilliant - NOT concerning the nudity. There isn't any - at all. The movie is pretty lame and has no real plot/storyline to speak of. Damon, although hot, appears shirtless three times in the whole movie (1hr 48min) and of those three times, you see his chest for approx 30secs, as the director has decided upon the close up facial shots rather than the full frontal. The pants dropping scene is only hot if you imagine him dropping them for you - because believe me - you see NOTHING! His shirt obscures everything from view. You can see a large portion of his thigh, so if guys legs do it for you, and you are happy only to see the smallest part of that leg, you'll enjoy this scene. As for the so-called skinny dipping incident - it is only hinted at that they are naked as you can quite clearly see Cruz's breast. You see Damon only from the shoulders up. No more, no less. Fans of Damon should check out "The talented Mr Ripley" ON DVD (the video clips off the lower part of the frame) - its the closest to a full frontal nude he's done.

I have to at least give this scene one star. Although there is no actual nudity, it is Matt Damon and he is shirtless for a large amount of the film. He wears very tight jeans and shows off his nice crotch. His pants are low. And in a courtroom scene he takes down his pants to show his white underwear.
