And with good reason! There isn't one. The guy isn't a doctor or even a "doctor." It's Buzalski, as the school janitor, who blackmails Sonja Spitzweg (for 'tis she) into becoming a prostitute for his benefit. He's not "examining" her; he's just getting her ready to be pimped out for the first time, with the fat old guy who then enters the room, takes off her panties, sniffs her snatch, and mouths her tits. And through it all the narrator tsk-tsks us about the sexualization of teenage girls in modern society -- yeah, like in this movie?
