Nadia Neri or Livia Russo, whichever, the young teen in "Emanuelle the Queen" -- possibly simu-anal during the rape scene. Again, based on the appearance of the simu scene. This is where the guy romps her from behind while she screams like a banshee, and the implication to me has always been anal. Not a film for Faceman32.

You are correct, it is not a film for me as I am not a fan of sodomy, explicit or implied. IMDB does not list their ages, so the issue is vague on the under 18 stance that 12-string suggested I might have an issue with.

But I have not reviewed all the postings for this topic and since there is not a compiled list.... American X?? I remember a review mentioning this. There was another movie about a girl still being a virgin, but allowed anal sex instead.

"Swept Away" (the original version with Mariangela Melato and Giancarlo Giannini, not the Madonna version): In the throes of passion, Mariangela begs Giancarlo, "Sodomize me!" However, he doesn't know that word, so she has to explain to him what it means. I can't recall whether he actually carries through, or whether he gets so fed up with her "big words" that he walks away.

Ingmar Bergman's "From the Lives of the Marionettes": A seemingly average suburban husband suddenly snaps and strangles a prostitute in her room. The investigators mention that he had anal sex with the corpse afterwards, but thankfully, that aspect of the murder isn't shown on-screen.

From the male-male side of the ledger:

"Paris, France" (I think there's at least one in this film, which I haven't seen in a while)
"The Doom Generation" (during the bizarre rape scene at the end)
"Caligula" (Malcolm McDowell finds a new use for lard at a wedding reception)

EGAD!!!
I didn't realize this thread was going to include some "un-hetero" business. What's up with that?!
For the record, I personally am only interested in female characters getting slammed and I guess I should have mentioned that at the outset. Let the queers make their own thread on the subject. jeez..... :!:

"Madonna: Truth or Dare (1991)"--she mentions that a female assistant that was apparently kidnapped was found "bleeding from the anus"

Doesn't the pedigree of this scene go back to DHL himself? I'm sorry to admit that I haven't read Lady Chatterley since it was on a college reading list in 1966, but I seem to recall that the novel includes a literary anal encounter.

I was far too lazy to check the actual novel before posting the previous message, so I limited myself to commenting on the film, but I think this was derived from the novel.

As I recall, Lawrence's sex scenes tend to be written in fairly metaphorical language, so you have to imagine exactly who's doing what to whom and how.

It was denied by the filmmakers, but censorial perception of "Straw Dogs" was that Susan George's scene with the local louts involved a bit of le vice anglais (as they call it in the land of my ancestors).

I always thought le vice anglais was corporal punishment (for pleasure) -supposedly a taste that upper class Englishmen picked up from their schooldays.

Sodomy tends to be ascribed to the Greeks (in the same way that oral sex is 'French').

Lends a whole new resonance to the film 'My Big Fat Greek Wedding' :)

Re: Crash and others. It's difficult to tell what hole is being used when the sex is not shown. Usually if it is the anus, you would probably expect to see more pain on the women's face. I think Debbie was just having regular sex from behind.

"Storytelling (2001)"--some reviewer in CNDB says that Selma Blair & Wisdom's sex scene was supposed to be anal. As I have said, she should probabaly show more pain if it is fake anal.

Uhhh....no. Who said it has to be painful? There are quite a number of women who have said it's rather pleasurable. Don't go freaking out girls like that who might otherwise be open to it. It only hurts when done incorrectly, like anything.

Uhhh....no. Who said it is painful? Many women have claimed that they find it quite pleasurable. It's only painful if done incorrectly, like anything else. You shouldn't go freaking out girls with bogus information. In CRASH she might actually be simulating an anal experience, based on her reaction. Unfortunately, WAY too many sex scenes are considered anal when in fact they are doggy style.

How painful it is depends on the size of the wiener and the size of the bun.
