Can anyone think of someone who has equaled or surpassed her? Standard nudity requirements apply (that is, anything that would be blurred out on American network TV) but let's restrict it to females only. I'll even allow porn stars (Sharon Mitchell may be Charlotte's adult film equivalent).

Annie Sprinkle -- probably pulls 4 (70s+).

Barbara Hershey? 60s/70s/80s/90s, but has she crossed over to the 00s as well?

Vanessa Redgrave comes up at 4 decades' worth, if she doesn't have any post-00.

Catherine Deneuve did it in the 1960s (Belle du Jour) and has done it in the 00's. I can't tell you if she's done it in every intervening decade. Isabelle Adjani started in the 1970s, and continued through the '90s. '00s?

According to Mr Skin, Ms Deneuve's been seen nude in movies from the 60's to the 90's . Does anyone know if she continued this nasty habit into the 21'st century ?

Damn close. This was the scene I thought was in the '00s, but apparently it's from a 1999 movie, Pola X. I don't know of anything more recent (she 's about 62 now).
