In "The Two Lives of Mattia Pascal" a stark naked beauty exits the bathroom of a hotel room, walks to the door, opens it, takes a tray from a maid, turns around and walks back across the room and sets the tray down on a table. I think she might be Caroline Berg but at this stage I am not fully certain of her identity.

There were a series of one off Channel 4 dramas (in the UK) called "Coming Up."

The episode you want is called "Naked" (so its easy to remember). It's about a group of nudists. In one scene, the relatively unknown actress, Sarah Niven, gets out of bed totally naked and goes to answer the door.

I haven't seen the episode as I'm eagerly awaiting the repeat but there are a few caps of her on Robbs celebs.
