She is wearing a type of protective cap. That's why you get these weird kind of angles after she goes for a swim. And maybe I'm wrong (and perpetuating a potentially offensive stereotype) but I believe she is not the type to go 'Brazillian' down there. The bulging and all at her strip-off during the show.
