You know what a perfect way to do this would be. It's simple. For every single time a review gets posted on CNDB that turns out to be false, the submitter's e-mail address they subscribed with should be posted right above the review with a note that they knowingly posted a review with false information. These trolls won't think it is so funny to lie on the internet if they have to go through dozens of nasty e-mail messages slamming them.
I would not be opposed to including their IP addresses either, but CNDB might get in trouble for that.
