Have a Really Old CNdb Account? Can't login anymore? Merge account!

Hello to everyone. The redesign is coming along very well. We are still in the process of making all of the features 100% and bug free.

The reason for this post is to give a quick heads up. When we launch the redesign, one of the features is the basis of CNdb and Forum as one entity. That being said, we will be merging CNdb's user database into the FORUMs user database. For those that have a CNdb account AND Forum account, you will be given instructions on how to merge these accounts into 1 forum account.

For those that do not have a CNdb Account: Nothing changes -- except you'll be able to be on the main website as well.

For those that have a CNdb Account but no Forum Account: As long as your e-mail & user name is available, we will be merging you over w/o you noticing too much change.

We understand that this may be a pain in the butt for some... but in the end it is worth it.

Account Merge Instructions

Thank you for your interest in the Celebrity Nudity Database. We have combined our user databases and you may need to merge your accounts.
If you have a forum only account, you can disregard this notice and continue to login.

To merge your accounts:

1) Login here with your forum account information. If you do not have a forum account, please register first.
2) After logging into your forum account, visit our merge system.
3) Enter your old CNdb.com username / password.
4) Click "Merge Accounts" and wait for the process to complete. Do not cancel, press back, or refresh the page.

I tried to follow the merger instructions, but I think because of the 2 different names ("derek22" in the forums and "derek2" in the reviews) it did not work.

It worked

You should have received confirmation stating "Account has been merged."

All of your current reviews show "derek22."

I did not see the "has been merged" msg, but I do see the reviews I wrote. Thank you.

I think I made a mistake somewhere. I did not have a forum account, and when I tried to log in using my old screen name and password, it said they were invalid. I registered again using the same information, but I'm now listed as a new reviewer. I can see my old reviews under the same screen name, but I do not have the privileges of a senior reviewer like I had before.

Please use the "Account Merge" section under "Reviewers" tab. Enter your old information and credit will be given.

If something goes wrong, please let me know.

If you'd like, PM me with more info other than "Doesn't work." ... because for a few thousand people it has worked fine ...

As soon as I can get more info, I'll look into it and see if there is something wrong

Account Merging has been re-activated. We will be leaving this option up for 2-4 months. Please merge your account if you have not been able to do so.

I've been away for awhile. I would like to merge my account, but cannot because my old username/password combo are not accepted.

What now?
