These can be "Exercise Videos" (real or appeared in another movie or TV), actors just getting their daily workouts, etc. Obviously don't need, stripping, ballet, musicals, etc (unless it was specifically mentioned that it was being done for exercise and not for titillation).

Examples:
Hardbodies: girls lift weights topless and a girl does Tai-Chi on the beach in the nude.

Golasy: A nude aerobics TV program is played while the office workers excercise to it.

Aerobicise: The Beginning Workout (1982) (V)

I know there are a jillion porno tapes that take place in the gym, hopefully you will only mention those where the actors workouts were more than sexual.

Breeders has a great scene, where a model stays in the studio to work out over lunch. She strips completely and does some light exercise/stretching before she's interrupted. Great movie for TnA.
